With a membership of over 450 organisations and growing, we work in partnership with our members so that we can bring together best practice and cutting-edge thinking to promote innovation and support organisations to gain from the social and commercial benefits of inclusion. Working across the whole spectrum of inclusion, we also design and deliver training and consultancy solutions, offer CMI qualifications in Inclusion & Diversity and have our own accreditation, the Inclusive Employers Standard.

We work through organisations advocating an approach that helps everyone understand that diversity is about them, and inclusion is their opportunity to add value and feel valued.
