Also, facilitate exit strategies for Owner’s who wish to eliminate or defer the capital gains taxes without purchasing again. • COST SEGREGATION: Sources for feasibility studies for tax planning and depreciation analysis. • DISTRESSED PROPERTIES: I provide lender services like BPO’s, REO & property management
