Independence Assistance is a Personal Service Agency that provides at-home care for individuals with needs stemming from disability or aging to keep them safe and independent at home. 
Our agency started in Lexington, Kentucky in 2012 and we are committed to helping our clients remain independent at home in the Bluegrass. We work in 19 different counties throughout Central Kentucky and we are dedicated to helping individuals and families. Our services range from housekeeping, personal care, escort/transportation services, medication reminders, shopping, respite/companionship, and memory care. 
We carefully select only the best employees who have the caring, desire, training, and commitment to help our clients. We screen our employees with background checks, drug screening, and training. To ensure the protection of clients, we are fully insured and bonded. We also lead the area in wages for care assistant work. Our Care Assistants help our clients have an essence of independence and calm in otherwise very trying times. We want to help others stay independent at home for as long as possible.
