IECRM is a Colorado-based non-profit trade association representing more than 250 electrical and renewable energy contractors and companies across residential, commercial, industrial, low-voltage, and solar markets. As the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Independent Electrical Contractors, it is part of a national network of over 3,000 independent electrical and systems contractor firms across the United States. The organization is headquartered in Northglenn, Colorado. IECRM runs Colorado's largest electrical apprenticeship program and the IECRM Career College, educating around 3,000 individuals annually and providing continuing education, OSHA and safety training, and professional certifications including NABCEP solar PV and NFPA Fire Alarm. It collaborates with ACE CREDIT, CSU Global, and Colorado Safety Supply to broaden educational opportunities and safety training. In 2026, IECRM Training Director Paul Lingo received the Outstanding Champion Award at the Colorado Apprenticeship Awards.
