Indiana Michigan Power (I&M), an AEP Company, serves approximately 600,000 customers in East Central, Northeast and North Central Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Our line mechanics maintain more than 25,000 miles of power lines and we are part of AEP's transmission grid - the largest in the United States.

I&M customers receive power from an energy mix that is more than 2/3 emission free, including power from the Cook Nuclear Plant, six hydroelectric dams, three Indiana wind farms, and four - soon to be five - solar farms.
