Industrial Barre is a barre based fitness studio that was founded in Portland, Oregon in 2014. There are currently two locations but Industrial Barre has a big future! Industrial Barre was designed to be more than a fitness studio. With an inviting living room, Portland Juice Company offerings, spa inspired facilities, and highly trained instructors and staff that are all available to engender a superlative client experience, you will also find that Industrial Barre is an authentic and utilitarian fitness approach celebrating the healthy individual. Both studio locations were built around a sustainable relationship with the environment, whether it be the exercises’ low impact, deep muscle toning results or the use of over 90% reclaimed materials in our studio, Industrial Barre and its instructors are dedicated to repurposing the mind and body you have through an authentic experience and supportive community of like-minded clients. We firmly believe that by embracing each other in a safe, supportive barre community, it heals not only our bodies but our sense of self. In one hour at Industrial Barre, clients get a whole body workout of their arms, thighs, seat, and abs. The theory of working each of these muscle groups to fatigue and then stretch the muscles while they are warm to creates long, lean, and strong physiques.
