Industrial Engineering Solutions Inc. is a U.S. start-up business based on the well-established UK business models of Herts Mechanical Handling Services and Tornado Storage Solutions . Combining the knowledge and experience of both companies puts IES on an excellent standing. Our business aim is to provide an innovative, modular and cost effective automated storage solution which increases logistical efficiency for its customers. We supply, install, service and maintain automated industrial systems. Fundamental to maintenance is our Remote Support, where we remotely access controls of the machines, as well as access to installed web cams to assist in diagnosing any problems customers may incur. Remote access also enables us to supply a daily inventory back up and upgrade software when available to every location. Following a successful expansion into the US and Canadian market, we are seeking to extend our expansion into the United States.
