MISSION InHerShoes is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to catalyzing courage for girls and women around the world to live and create courageously. The foundation of everything we do begins and ends with one question: What would you do if you were 1% more courageous? We take a stand for girls' freedom of expression, assertion of passion, and pursuit of possibility in every aspect of their lives. VISION 5 cities. 5 years. Countless lives. From the beaches of the West, to the Skylines of the East, we are hitting 5 cities in the next 5 years to catalyze courage in cities all across the U.S. In March 2015 our groundbreaking summit was hosted alongside the beautiful backdrop of Santa Monica, CA and in 2018 found its way alongside the city walks and Silicon Prairie of Austin, TX. INTENTION Life is a game; this is your locker room. Our community consists of millennial women and their allies interested in making the world a better place through social impact. Whether it's your high school prom, the boardroom, or your post-grad journey of discovery, InHerShoes is the locker room to whatever game you are up to in life. Our intention is to equip you with resources and experiences that make a difference in the areas of life that matter to you. PRACTICE Experiences as the tipping point for courage, a catalyst for action. At our core is a movement that provides access to conversation, community, and connection. We create a yearly summit that celebrates the quirks, questions, and courageous moments in life by bringing together groups of women around universal topics that transcend age, geography, and time. In addition to our summit, we create workshops and leadership trainings catered to high school girls.
