Inner Vision Yoga provides wellness and fitness services focused on yoga, operating two studios in the East Phoenix Valley to serve Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek and East Phoenix. The organization also offers four classes weekly at a nature center within Usery Mountain Park. Across its programs, it conducts more than 100 yoga classes weekly for students at all levels. Its teacher trainings are nationally recognized, offering 200-hour and 300-hour tracks registered with Yoga Alliance and Arizona State Post-Secondary Education. Its class lineup encompasses a range of formats and levels, including Level 1 and Level 1-2, Yin Yang Flow, Restorative, Prenatal and Kids Yoga, as well as Healing Emphasis Yoga, and the organization hosts events such as chanting, yoga hikes, retreats and specialized workshops.
