At Innergy Meditation we deeply believe in a world where meditation is a mainstream, widely-accepted practice for a healthy and happy life. 
(And we’re not wasting another breath not making it happen!) 

A new conversation around meditation is happening… It’s shifting from a perceived ritualistic “religious” practice reserved for the new agers and uber-wealthy, to a scientifically-proven method for reducing stress, anxiety and creating more happiness … for everyone. 

Because in this emailing, texting, pinging, pushy-push notification, everything-on-demand world, we need it. 
Stressed has become a badge of honor. Multi-tasking, a way of life. We’re doing more but experiencing less. 
We’ve gone from human beings to human doings. 

Meditation is for everyone! When we came up with the concept to open a “Meditation Only” studio the idea was based on the question; "Where can I learn to get the benefits of meditation if I don’t work for Google, know Deepak Chopra and only have a few hours a week available in my busy schedule?”

So, our vision was born to bring a secular, non-mystical, replicable and simple concept of guided meditation by introducing the best instructors to anyone who faces the relentless stress of the 21st century life. To teach those individuals how to apply meditation to daily living in a way that nurtures the true self, the happier self, the peaceful and calm self. 

Our intention is to help our clientele learn to view meditation as an integral part of their everyday routine. A meditation studio will provide a way for individuals to fit meditation into their lives as seamlessly as a trip to the grocery store or gym.
