EXISTING BUILDING ASSESSMENT AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS Innova Building Advisors, LLC are consultants dedicated to raising the standard for efficiency and durability in new construction and making old buildings perform like new. We offer comprehensive energy program certifications, green building consulting and building performance analytics along with a full suite of LIHTC application services throughout the mid-Atlantic and New England.
