Innovation Custom Builders, also known as ICB Roofing & Exteriors, is a Fort Worth-based construction firm that serves both residential and commercial properties with roofing and exterior finishes. The company specializes in composition shingles and metal roofing, along with exterior systems such as cladding, siding, soffit, fascia, and metal panels, with a focus on energy efficiency. For insurance restoration work prompted by hail or wind damage, ICB offers a no-cost option that uses system savings to cover the homeowner's deductible and reduce monthly utility costs, and it backs this with a lifetime labor warranty.

Beyond restoration, the firm works with a network of specialized subcontractors to support custom homes, additions, and exterior living spaces, and it provides consultation for clients pursuing independent projects. The owner, Terry Stephens, is described as a fourth-generation builder with hands-on experience across most phases of construction, and the company operates from its Fort Worth base in Texas.
