Founded in 1999 by environmental engineering and remedial/general construction professional, the company’s co-founders bring both a technical and practical background to the business, which has served as a model for the development of the organization. ICS’ leadership team is comprised of former engineers, environmental scientists and experienced construction managers who work hand-in-hand with superintendents, heavy equipment operators, plumbers and skilled technicians.
