Innovative Construction Solutions (ICS) is an general engineering contractor with hazardous waste removal and demolition endorsements licensed in the State of California (License No. 764815 A-HAZ-C21). We provide soil and groundwater remediation, decommissioning/demolition, sensitive habitat and waterway restoration and water/wastewater/air pollution treatment services throughout California and Washington state. ICS’ diverse market sectors include environmental engineers and consultants, defense and aerospace, federal government, education, municipalities, public works, utilities, chemical, oil & gas, energy, power, petrochemical, development, and manufacturing. 

Founded in 1999 by environmental engineering and remedial/general construction professional, the company’s co-founders bring both a technical and practical background to the business, which has served as a model for the development of the organization. ICS’ leadership team is comprised of former engineers, environmental scientists and experienced construction managers who work hand-in-hand with superintendents, heavy equipment operators, plumbers and skilled technicians. This integration of technical expertise and practical experience is truly unique to an environmental construction company and enables us to deliver the highest quality service in the industry and add value to projects from the pre-planning to final execution stages.
