Innovative Education Management is a nonprofit, public benefit corporation based in Placerville, California, that has been developing and operating California charter schools for more than a decade. It provides charter school clients with services spanning school development, administration, oversight, advocacy, and finance, along with curriculum design, teacher training, educational resources, and technical support. Since 1993, IEM has helped open and manage eight California charter schools and has offered consulting to parent groups, school districts, and educators nationwide, with almost 22,000 students having graduated from its schools. The organization is led by President Randy Gaschler, who holds an economics degree from UCLA and a California teaching credential, and has extensive experience in education as both teacher and administrator. In July 2024, Educational Results Partnership named IEM an Honor Roll school in recognition of high performance in Math and English.
