Innovative Education Management has been successfully developing and operating California charter schools for over a decade. A nonprofit, public benefit corporation, IEM is meeting the growing demand for new charter development and successful charter school management. Members of our growing management team possess essential and successful management experience. The areas of service we provide to charter schools include: School development Administration Oversight Advocacy, and Finance Additionally, our expertise also extends into the area of curriculum, teacher training, educational resources, and technical support. Nearly 22,000 students have graduated from IEM schools since 1993. During that time IEM has been instrumental in the opening and managing of eight California Charter Schools and has provided consulting services to interested parent groups, school districts, and educators across the country. Randy Gaschler is president of Innovative Education Management Inc. and is responsible for the overall management of the organization. Randy is a UCLA graduate in economics and has a California Teacher’s Credential. He has been in education for the past 13 years both as a teacher and administrator. He founded one of the first successful charters in California—Horizon Instructional Systems. Randy has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the California Network of Educational Charters for the last six years. Randy is a strong advocate of parents’ choice in education as well as individual learning plans for students.
