INREV is the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles, serving as a professional body for this asset class. Based in Amsterdam, North Holland, it functions as a platform to promote the evolution of real estate investment across Europe and globally, working with its members to advance the non-listed real estate sector. It positions itself as a leading platform for this space, coordinating member-driven initiatives and industry dialogue.

Its membership comprises over 500 organizations, including 75 of the largest institutional investors and 40 of the 50 largest real estate fund managers. The association supports member engagement through training courses and events, and maintains networking channels such as LinkedIn Groups for announcements, public affairs, and young professionals. In November 2025, INREV launched the European Living Fund Index, a recent development reflecting its activity in standardizing and reporting on non-listed real estate vehicles.
