Ownership Expansion ICA has recently expanded its leadership by adding multiple new partners and owners, signaling potential for increased project scopes, longer engagements, and higher-value opportunities in preservation, forensic analysis, and enclosure projects.

Washington DC Presence The opening of a Washington, DC office in early 2023 creates proximity to federal agencies, large institutional clients, and notable public sector opportunities in historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and facility management.

Project Diversification ICA’s specialization in historic preservation, adaptive reuse, moisture forensic analysis, and building enclosure technologies positions them to pursue complex, multidisciplinary commissions with owners seeking integrated design and forensic services.

Midmarket Focus With a small to mid-sized employee base and revenue in the low-to-mid single digits, ICA can tailor services for mid-market clients who need specialized expertise without the scale of larger firms.

Strong Industry Network Historical partnerships and a track record across thousands of structures in North America, plus collaboration with firms like McGinnis Design, indicate ready-made referral pathways and potential joint pursuit of large-scale institutional or governmental projects.
