Founded in 1985, the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy is a think tank dedicated to environmentally sustainable and equitable transportation worldwide. It collaborates with municipalities and non-governmental organizations in developing countries to implement projects that reduce air pollution, carbon emissions, traffic congestion, and accidents while expanding mobility for low-income populations.
