IOD offers Organizational Development (OD) Certification Programs to provide participants with a formal process, and practical tools to advance in the field of OD.  Participants learn how to apply the principles of OD and help leaders implement organization changes effectively.    Participants completing their certification receive the designation as an OD Professional, and six months of free membership in www.GIODN.org, a professional networking organization.

Each certification program is eligible for 24 HRCI, SHRM, ATD, and ACMP Credits.
