Co- founders Jimmy Song and Dana McElroy established Integrated Connections in order to meet critical needs of their customers. Together they have nearly 40 years of experience and have been in the middle of the HUGE growth and rapid change that the cosmetic/personal care industry has been experiencing. Social media is now dictating the speed in which new products are introduced, what used to be quarterly is now monthly.
