Integrated Neurology Services (INS) is dedicated to serving the adult neurologic needs of Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC area. Our main office is based in Alexandria, Virginia. We have additional offices in Falls Church, and Lorton. Our neurologists, Drs. Simon Fishman, Neal Maru, Natalia Kayloe, and Tracy Fulton provide state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment for adult neurological conditions. Our advanced and comprehensive services include EMG/NCV studies, baclofen pump refills, BOTOX® injection therapy, infusion therapy and sleep diagnostics.

In addition to the services we offer at INS, we also have a comprehensive spine and pain management program. Conditions we specialize in at Integrated Spine and Pain Services (ISPS) include radicular pain and sciatica, spinal disc pain in the neck and back, sacroiliac joint (SI joint) pain, facet joint arthrosis, and hip joint pain. The cutting-edge diagnostics and treatments the team provides include transforaminal epidural steroid injections, diagnostic and therapeutic selective nerve root blocks, medial branch blocks, medial branch neurotomy (radiofrequency ablation), diagnostic and therapeutic intra-articular sacroiliac joint and hip joint injections, kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures, and spinal cord stimulation.
