Our firm consists of 50+ professionals from all levels of Project Management.  Primarily this includes Project Managers, Project Engineering Management, Project Controls and Construction Management. Our focus has been primarily in heavy industrial projects in the metals, petro-chemical and power industries.  Our approach to executing both capital projects as well as major maintenance programs is to leverage technology to create an “all in” atmosphere of participation with other project team members.  We can either provide individual skills sets that may be missing from the owner’s organization or the entire team to manage the effort on the owner’s behalf.  IPR has executed projects that range from $1MUSD to $1.3BUSD.  We can utilize our technology to provide an “on demand” infrastructure to our clients. Thus, saving our clients significant dollars in legacy costs.  Many of our team members also have extensive experience with the Front-End Development of a project to help ensure that funding and expectations are achievable.
