Integrated Solutions ℠ provides professional services to the financial services sector and other small-to mid-sized businesses. We specialize in advising broker-dealers, commodities firms, investment advisors and other entities regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA and other regulators. We provide fund administration services to hedge funds, fund of hedge funds, private equity firms and family offices. We also provide services to companies in real estate, entertainment, and other industries.  We endeavor to offer a highly tailored, customized product designed to facilitate Senior Client Management to focus on what they do best.

Integrated Solutions℠ started with the formation of Integrated Management Solutions USA LLC (“IMS”) in 1985 by Howard Spindel and two other founding members. IMS was formed to fill a void in the financial services community for operational and compliance consulting services. It has been able to offer guidance in navigating everyday challenges that exist in a highly regulated environment. Over the years, through careful growth and prudent fiscal management, we have built a firm that demonstrates tremendous breadth and expertise in our field. In 2005, the firm launched Integrated Investment Solutions LLC (“IIS”) to provide fund administration services to the alternative investment community. In 2020, the firm launched its presence in London to serve as a local conduit for the UK and European financial services industry. IMS and IIS together make up Integrated Solutions℠.
