ITF helps with financial engineering, arranges long-term debt financing, and assists to secure additional equity finance using its vast network of investment funds.  

The company also creates and develops retail finance partner programs for manufacturers with banks/leasing globally, under its Global Finance Program (GFP).  ITF has launched over 78 new partnerships in 52 countries.  The company has built one of the most extensive financial networks in Africa, with partnerships cover over 35 countries in Africa, due to ITF's anticipating the high growth and redirection of investment to this region.  Leveraging this network, ITF's Distribution Expansion Program (DEP) helps manufacturers and engineering firms grow their local presence in markets across the globe.

Recently the company's CEO helped launch the IPO of AXIOS Sustainable Growth Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: AXAC), and serves as a Board Member, as AXIOS acquires one of the top 20 largest farms in Europe; and forms and prepares to launch an IPO on the NASDAQ for a company that plans to invest in converting plastic to renewable diesel in the US and globally.
