Intercap Lending, with corporate offices located in Irvine, California, is a Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie mae seller/servicer/issuer.  Less than 1% of all lenders nationwide have these three investor approvals.  Our current originators felt that these approvals were a necessity when they decided to partner with us.  In today's mortgage markets, it is critical that your lending partner is not at risk of being adversely affected by aggregator overlays or exiting from the marketplace.
