Interflour's modern mills have a total milling capacity of more than 2 million tons per year making it one of the largest flour millers in the region.

Interflour is a joint venture between Indonesia’s Salim Group and Western Australian grain grower co-operative CBH Group. Bringing the expertise of these organisations together is what makes us unique, having insight from the paddock to the end user.
