I provide detailed estimates on potential construction/remodel jobs, as well as manage multiple jobs simultaneously.  I take ownership of assigned jobs and oversee all aspects.  I track costs, manage schedules, delegate tasks, and am the main point of contact for the client(s).  
I am successful in this position as I work well independently, I have attention to detail.  I am motivated to be successful and do the best job.
