Niche market Target environmental services providers and small aquatic product retailers in Idaho and nearby regions to expand their online presence using Scapes-based platforms (Squarespace) and commerce features.

Digital enablement Leverage the company’s current tech stack (Squarespace, Commerce, Google Analytics, fonts, UI frameworks) to propose enhanced e-commerce design, analytics-driven marketing dashboards, and faster checkout optimizations.

Low footprint With a very small headcount, there may be bandwidth constraints; pitch outsourced or managed services for website maintenance, content updates, and digital marketing to accelerate growth without hiring.

Competitive landscape Compare to mid-size consumer-facing peers (Petco, Chewy, Aquarium Co-Op) to identify opportunities in online sales, product catalog optimization, SEO, and conversion rate improvements to capture share in niche aquatic products.

Expansion potential Position services around online storefront enhancements, storefront speed, mobile optimization, and analytics-driven campaigns to support a potential expansion into regional markets and increase average order value.
