ICC Sydney is an events services venue in Sydney, New South Wales, established in December 2016 as Australia’s first fully integrated harbourside convention, exhibition and entertainment destination. Located at Barangaroo on the city’s harbour, the facility combines purpose-built design, advanced technology and a culinary program to support a wide range of meetings and events. It is managed by Legends Global and was delivered as part of a NSW Government public-private partnership with the Darling Harbour Live consortium, which includes Capella Capital, Lendlease, Hostplus, Aware Super and Downer. The Cutaway is part of the PPP portfolio and is intended to serve as a premium venue for festivals, immersive experiences, corporate launches, exhibitions and other creative showcases, with opportunities to engage First Nations culture and the broader arts and creative sectors. ICC Sydney operates within Australia’s events services sector and positions itself as a versatile hub in a cosmopolitan city, leveraging the harbourside setting and flexible facilities. In 2026 ICC Sydney launched a 360 Interactive Tour to help event organizers explore, plan and experience the venue more effectively.
