Based in San Francisco, the International Council of Ophthalmology is a nonprofit organization that partners with ophthalmologic societies and other stakeholders to strengthen eye-care education and expand access to high-quality vision care worldwide. A recent development involves a partnership with RCSEd to introduce the MRCS Ophthalmology course, linking ICO credentials with RCSEd College membership and post-nominals.
