The International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) is a nonprofit organization focused on education and public policy related to mountain biking. Founded in 1988, it aims to create, enhance and protect places where people can ride bikes, emphasizing low-impact riding, volunteer trail work, cooperation among trail users, and innovative approaches to trail management.
