International Reliability Consultants (IRC)  offers consulting services needed to develop, implement, and maintain a state-of-the-art Asset Management Program for Oil and Gas, Utility, Pharmaceutical and  Manufacturing, clients. When implementing a new or updated version of a CMMS system the configuration of the system is just the first step.  The desired accuracy and functionality of that system is dependent on the accuracy of the legacy data as well as the procedures to maintain that data integrity.  IRC offers a wide range of data quality services (e.g. Master Data Creation, Enrichment, Cleansing, etc.).

Capital projects going live with a new or upgraded equipment is always a challenge.  IRC can work with the facility Reliability, Maintenance and Project Engineering to ensure that Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Tasks as well as Operator Care Tasks are in place and operational prior to commissioning and go-live of that equipment.
 
Critical information history can be lost when the people responsible for that work retire or relocate.  Facilities within the same company can adopt differing standards.  Mergers and acquisitions can bring in facilities with different (or non-effective) practices.  IRC can develop Standard Practices, either site- specific or strategic, to capture critical data, identify best practices, and implement that knowledge as part of a user-friendly and cost effective project.
