International Services Center is a small, non-profit, non-sectarian agency based in Cleveland, Ohio, established in 1916 to help immigrants and refugees achieve self-sufficiency in the United States. Its offerings include a comprehensive refugee resettlement program, affordable immigration legal assistance, interpretation and translation services, and fingerprinting for FBI and BCI background checks.
