How we do it:
We design and fabricate our machines at our 31,000 SQ Ft facility in Downers Grove, IL.  Our in-house engineering staff develops new wire forming machines and software designs as well as tooling and other customizations. Robotic integration with secondary processes are a core capability. The majority of our fabrication processes are performed in-house, reducing dependence on suppliers and providing flexibility and responsiveness.
