Son olarak 27 Haziran 2013 tarihli 6493 sayılı ÖDEME VE MENKUL KIYMET MUTABAKAT SİSTEMLERİ, ÖDEME HİZMETLERİ VE ELEKTRONİK PARA KURULUŞLARI hakkındaki kanun ve ilgili kanunun; 27 Haziran 2014 tarihli Yönetmelik ve Tebliğ kapsamında, 28.05.2015 tarihinde Aypara Ödeme Kuruluşu A.Ş. adı ile BDDK ile lisans başvuru sürecini başlatmış olup 23.08.2017 tarihinde tüm gereklilikleri başarı ile yerine getirerek BDDK lisansının sahibi oldu.

TCMB tarafından yetkili kurum lisansına ve kredi kartı ile ödeme alma güvenlik standardı olan PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) sertifikasyonuna sahiptir.
