IPS is home to 400 employees with specific mechanical and electrical contracting experience that can be dispatched anywhere in North America to deliver fast, reliable services that exceed expectations. We hire and maintain qualified, experienced, and vital employees who are as committed to IPS as we are to our clients. 

We pride ourselves on our self-performance capabilities, and our expert staff of 350 skilled trades personnel have specialized training and experience performing mechanical, process, electrical, rigging, design/build, and construction management services. The ability to self-perform allows IPS to control both project quality and project costs without having to rely on outside contractors.

In addition, we have a 100,000 SF fabrication facility located across the street from our corporate headquarters that enables IPS to meet any process piping demands while maintaining overall project quality in this controlled environment.
