IRANI CORP, also known as Al-srad Ltd., operates as the exclusive representative in Israel for a portfolio of world-renowned fashion brands, distributing through wholesale channels, multi-brand retail stores, mono-brand flagship stores, and e-commerce. The company is privately owned by the Irani family and has built long-standing relationships with leading international brands over more than three decades, aiming to create a premium retail environment and a high-service infrastructure. Its online storefront, Factory54.co.il, offers a large selection of premium and luxury brands and features a weekly fashion and lifestyle magazine with original content. In early 2025, Factory54 expanded with a new location in Herzliya and opened an upscale pop-up at Arena Mall in preparation for moving to the BIG Glilot shopping center.
