Irelan McDaniel, P.L.L.C. is a civil trial law firm serving our clients throughout Texas from our offices in downtown Houston and Dallas with a client base primarily consisting of large and small insurance companies, national and regional corporations, and small and mid-size statewide and local business entities.  The firm concentrates on disputes involving real estate, first and third-party insurance matters (coverage and litigation), commercial personal injury and property damage, breach of contract and warranty, products liability and subrogation.

Each lawyer with the firm is licensed to practice in every Texas court.  Each partner has extensive trial experience in a variety of cases and have obtained verdicts and managed numerous cases to conclusion in state and federal courts throughout all of the major geographic regions of Texas, from West Texas to the Gulf Coast, and the Texas Panhandle to the Rio Grande Valley. The partners remain involved in their cases through the appellate process and have obtained affirmances and reversals in Texas state courts of appeal, the Supreme Court of Texas, and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for the United States.
