iRelaunch is all about getting professionals returning from career break back to work. We are the pioneering leader in the career reentry space, and have been since our founding in 2007. We work with employers to access, hire and onboard returning professionals and we provide individuals who are looking to return to work after a career break – “relaunchers" – with tools and resources to make the transition effectively. We have worked with nearly 350 global companies on career re-entry programs of all kinds – involving mid-career returnships or hiring returning professionals directly into full time roles, and also career reentry event-based programs. We have nearly 125,000 returning professionals in our community and have delivered over 1,500 career re-entry programs and presentations since inception. Our 3,2,1 iRelaunch podcast has nearly 700,000 downloads and nearly 300 episodes released. Our nearly ten-year STEM Reentry Task Force initiative co-led with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) launched in 2015 with seven founding member employers and grew to 44 member employers in 2024, including Apple, Bechtel, Cummins, GE Aerospace, Global Foundries, IBM, Intel, Johnson & Johnson, NetApp, Northrop Grumman, RTX, Procter & Gamble and more. Over 1,300 returners participated in Task Force programs. This groundbreaking career reentry initiative changed the narrative and spurred an institutional shift among employers and how they engage with returners. Our iRelaunch Return to Work Conference, which has been held 38 times since 2008, draws a combined audience of over 18,000 attendees. We are regularly featured in the national press, including Good Morning America, The TODAY Show, CNN, National Public Radio, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TED, Forbes, Fast Company, and Harvard Business Review.
