Iroquois Nursing Home, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization and 160-bed skilled nursing facility providing superior quality residential and short-term/sub-acute rehabilitative care in the Syracuse, New York area. Named in honor of the Iroquois tribe which held elders in the highest regard, our mission is to “provide superior,, specialized care to our geriatric population….and serve the ever evolving needs of our community hospitals.” Our steadfast commitment to our mission has enabled us to attain the prestigious CMS 5 Star Rating in 2013 and 2014. Iroquois leverages clinical excellence, skilled care teams and the latest in medical technology to provide a range of comprehensive, yet specialized programs and services to meet the individual needs of our residents. We are focused on successful and sustainable outcomes for our residents. Our staff specializes in pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation with expertise in treating neurological, orthopedic and medically complex residents. We also operate a fully-functioning 40-bed residential sub-acute rehabilitation unit, and are currently expanding our facility and services to assist patients with more complex and specialized disabilities.
