Isigny Sainte Mère is a French dairy cooperative based in Isigny-sur-Mer, Normandy. It collects and processes milk from hundreds of dairy farmers across three Norman districts, marketing products under its own brand as well as client labels. Owned by roughly 700 member farmers representing about 500 farms in Calvados, Manche, and Orne, the cooperative operates across two sites in the region. 

The product lineup includes fresh dairy items such as high-quality butters and creams and traditional cheeses, along with high-grade infant milk powder. Quality and safety are central to its operations, demonstrated by more than 300 medals and two Excellence Awards at the Concours Général Agricole, and by exporting 45% of its sales to more than 40 countries. In February 2026, Isigny Sainte Mère participated in the Concours Général Agricole event and reported exceptional results.
