Island Health & Fitness is a state-of-the-art 65,000 square foot complex that was developed by Community Corners, Inc. Terry, Tim and Joe Ciaschi originally came up with the idea of a cutting edge fitness facility roughly eight years ago. Together with the help of their father Joseph Ciaschi, they initiated and proceeded forward with the development of the Island Health Center and Island Health & Fitness. 

In partnership with Cayuga Medical Center, Island Health Center provides community fitness, wellness, and clinical rehabilitation along with a day spa and physician offices. Our professional staff will guide and assist you in reaching your personal goals of:

In 2011, Island Health & Fitness expanded into the Community Corners area with a 12,000 square foot facility.
