Itworks is a mid-sized nonprofit based in Netanya, in Israel’s Central District, founded in 2006. It supports underrepresented groups to secure meaningful roles in Israel’s hi-tech sector through training, mentorship, and job placement. The organization focuses on Russian and Ukrainian olim, Arab-Israelis (including Druze, Bedouins, and East Jerusalem residents), and women displaced by the Iron Swords War, working with leading tech employers to create pathways to sustainable careers. 

Its approach combines talent development with employer engagement, including DEI consulting to help companies build inclusive workplaces and aligning programs with national-scale initiatives. Since its inception, itworks has placed more than 4,500 individuals in competitive hi-tech roles, with about 600 placements each year, and maintains a network of over 230 strategic partnerships, while delivering around 20 employer-aligned training programs annually.
