Succession Opportunity IVY Landscape Architects is winding down after 23+ years with the founder retiring, creating an opportunity to engage in wind-down or legacy services such as project handoff, archival documentation, or potential asset sale consulting for clients seeking continuity in landscape projects.

Referral Network With guidance from exiting firm leadership, there is a clear path to connect with alternative landscape architecture providers and studios (e.g., Studio 2912, form/work Landscape Architecture) to pitch joint ventures, collaboration on ongoing projects, or turnkey referrals.

Legacy Projects Identify clients or municipal projects that IVY has engaged with over the years and offer transition management, documentation, and maintenance plan services to ensure seamless project completion or transfer to a successor firm.

Tech Modernization The existing tech stack including Akamai, Cloudflare, OpenAI, and PayPal indicates a readiness for digital engagement; propose modern BD services such as remote design review, client portals, or AI-assisted landscape planning demonstrations to firms seeking digital transformation.

Financial Leverage Revenue under $1M and a near-term shutdown context suggest opportunities to offer consulting, asset valuation, or monetization services around winding down, IP/brand monetization, and potential acquisition or transition financing for interested buyers.
