IXRF Systems not only designs and manufactures high-end X-ray Microanalysis  (EDS or EDX) systems fitted to Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM), but we have also developed SEM-XRF microscope attachments allowing broader elemental analysis coverage. IXRF also offers the ATLAS series of general-purpose, micro spot energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (micro XRF) hyper-spectral imaging spectrometers for the measurement and mapping of elements from carbon (C) through uranium (U).
