Our History Created in 1981 as a strategic partner of oil and gas companies to obtain permits and assist with regulatory compliance, JCC has grown to over 100 clients including independent and major operators. In 1984, JCC began developing oil spill response plans and training programs to meet the regulatory and environmental challenges confronting the oil and gas industry.
