Reduce Office NPT™ Non Productive Time (NPT) happens in operations. Technical Writing / Editing: • Edit and format documents and presentations • Incorporate document control and branding requirements • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure that a clear message is delivered • Create new templates or standardize existing templates • Create filing structures or standardize the use of collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Office365 apps) • Manage the printing and distribution of documents or operational procedures • Assist with software issues and training • Assist with approvals and deliverable scheduling logistics • Manage document versioning, and work to ensure proper archiving, to satisfy requirements • Take meeting minutes • Log and file field data • Work with SMEs in the field to capture notes and photos to incorporate into a formal procedure Process Standardization: • Manage, standardize, and make company processes work efficiently, or create an efficient process by incorporating company best practices • Help engineering team meet milestone deadlines using tools and systems already in place, or develop a new system, if needed SharePoint / Office 365: • Review your current software installation(s) for consistency and ease of use • Provide training, tips & tricks • Build wiki pages and maintain sites and libraries • Data migration to SharePoint or OneDrive • Collaboration solutions
