We offer over 70 years combined experience in project execution inclusive of pre-construction services for design-assist, scope and budget development and a broad base of subcontractor relationships, all of which help our clients achieve their project goals for superior craftsmanship within their prescribed budget and schedule constraints.  As a partnership between Sean Burke and Jeff Lipshires, J2CONSTRUCT provides a unique blend of hands on experience with projects as large as $18.0 million, differentiating us from those in the Newport County market, while allowing us to successfully compete with larger firms in the Providence, Southeastern MA, Cape & Islands areas.  Our specific services include project conceptual planning, estimating, value engineering, coordination with design and engineering teams, as well as subcontractor bidding, selection and contracting.  Owner contracting methods include lump sum General Contracting, Construction Management (CM) for fee, CM for fee with a guaranteed maximum price, and cost-of-work-plus-fee.  Our project managers and superintendents carry experience with multiple types of projects and delivery methods while offering a collaborative approach to client and project team relationship management.
