JABCO LLC is a licensed bonded and insured Certified Florida General Contractor. We provide both consulting (PM/CM) and general construction services to owners, builders, and governmental institutions.    
                                                                        
We are a Miami-Dade County CSBE “Certified Small Business Enterprise”  CERT. NO: 14722, a State of Florida DBE “Disadvantaged Business Enterprise” CERT. NO: 14754, a Miami-Dade County Registered Vendor/Contractor, Registration # 262218054,  a MDAD “Miami Dade Aviation Department” Registered/Badged Contractor, and a CBP “U.S. Customs & Boarder Protection” Bonded/Sealed Contractor.

JABCO is also a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (LEEDS) and embraces green building technologies wherever possible. 

Our staff consists of experienced project management personnel, seasoned construction superintendents and field personnel, in addition to skilled administrative and accounting personnel.  Aside from having a staff of competent carpenters, painters, and laborers, we have cultivated a very loyal group of top-notch subcontractors representing virtually all areas of the construction industry.

Our main areas of focus are in the providing of project and construction management services.   We are able to provide leadership and professional expertise in all matters of design and construction.  As such we are able establish a project program based on Owner needs in accordance with budgetary constraints.
